'Ephemera' is an archival collection of early and alternate versions, non-album tracks, experiments and demos. Think of these as the DVD special features for each album.

Only for the most enthusiastic of listeners, this volume is a selection of very early work, including two pieces from my university days.

Those opening tracks were recorded mainly using an AKAI S2000 sampler and an Emu Orbit sound module. Everything else was created on a cracked copy of Logic with only two synth plug ins, and no keyboard.

This is all very basic work, but of note are the following tracks:
- 'Television Programs' (the only time I've recorded vocals)
- 'Miami Nights Theme' (I remade this into Alpha Zone years later)
- 'Overkill' (the theme from long-running ITV police soap opera 'The Bill', in the style of Jan Hammer's 'Miami Vice' theme)
